BigFuture School SMS Terms and Conditions

Below are the SMS Terms and Conditions for BigFuture School. If you are having trouble getting into BigFuture School, go to bigfutureschool.org/help for more information about how to log into the mobile app.

BigFuture School is a mobile application provided by College Board to schools, districts, and state departments of education, through which students access certain educational services provided to those educational institutions. The educational services help students navigate postsecondary and career pathways and help K-12 educators and counselors serve their students' needs. Students who take certain College Board assessments in-school may use BigFuture School to view their scores, receive educational information and recommendations about college and career options, and hear from nonprofit colleges, scholarship programs, and other nonprofit educational organizations that may be a good fit for the student.

To access the BigFuture School mobile application, a student may provide their mobile number during certain College Board in-school testing. To facilitate access to BigFuture School, we will send the student SMS messages for the limited purposes of inviting them to download the application, to authenticate via a one-time password (OTP), a score availability notification, and a score availability reminder. Sharing a mobile phone number is voluntary, and phone numbers may only be disclosed to the student’s school, district, or department of education the educational services are provided to by College Board.

Message and data rates may apply. Students can opt out at any time. To stop receiving these SMS messages from College Board, text STOP to any text we send about BigFuture School, or call Customer Service at (866) 756-7346. For additional help, reply HELP or contact us at cb.org/contact. The student's mobile number and this BigFuture School SMS program will not be used for any marketing purposes by College Board or any other third party.
