Professional Accounts

When professionals create an online account, we ask for the following personally identifiable information: first name, last name, email address, school affiliation, and job function. We may collect additional information when they use their professional account to access certain College Board services and tools. For example, we may collect their phone number to provide professionals with access to Test Day Toolkit and/or other software applications used to administer College Board exams. If a professional registers for a workshop, Summer Institute, meeting, or conference through the site, we may capture credit card information (collected and processed by a third-party payment processor), the type(s) of services or products ordered or purchased, and the order or purchase date.

Education professionals will have the choice to opt in to receive updates and information about College Board, College Board deadlines, dates and related programs and services.

Education professionals’ personally identifiable information may be shared with the school, district, state department of education, college, university, and education institutions with whom they are associated. Education professionals will have the choice to opt in to share their contact information with third parties that have offers or information College Board thinks might be of interest to them and their students, including AP Summer Institutes, professional development and academic programs and scholarships.

Professionals may manage and update their personal information and privacy settings in their profile at my.collegeboard.org/profile/information.
