When you create a College Board account or take a College Board test, you give us personal information. Your privacy settings let you view and change any data-sharing choices you’ve already made on College Board tests or websites.

Privacy Laws

Depending on where you live, your state may have privacy laws which provide you with the ability to access and update specific consent preferences through our Consent Management Preference Center. You may withdraw your consent for College Board to process certain information about you as part of our consumer programs and services. This is available in the following states by the date listed: Colorado (7/1/24), Delaware (1/1/25), New Jersey (1/15/25), Oregon (7/1/25), Minnesota (7/31/25), and Maryland (10/1/25).
